Six steps, one contract. Free survey, fixed price after survey, we handle the permit, construction with progress photos and handover with documentation.
The steps follow one another as the construction progresses. Between them are technological pauses that cannot be accelerated, mainly concrete curing and authority deadlines.
Send the form or call us. We will get back to you with a few questions (vehicle, plot, concept) and arrange an appointment for the survey.
We will measure the plot on site, assess access, slope, ground conditions and setbacks. We will discuss masonry, prefabricated and sheet metal options as well as carports. We will recommend what makes sense.
Itemised budget with a fixed price for the agreed scope, schedule and visualisation or drawings. You sign the contract only when everything is clear to you.
Project preparation, expert opinions, neighbour consents and submission of the application for development consent. For carports, an assessment of whether they qualify as minor structures. You sign; we do the running around.
Foundation, structure, roof, doors, electrics, flooring. Progress photos and inspection the day before concreting. Changes only in writing and in advance.
Cleaning, joint inspection, handover protocol, electrical inspection, warranty certificates for gates and drives, documentation for building approval or notification of completion.
We provide a warranty for construction work as per the contract; manufacturer warranties apply to gates, drives and panels and are handed over with the documentation. After handover we remain available by phone for gate servicing and minor adjustments, such as an additional socket for a charger or shelving.
Nothing. We will arrive, measure the plot, discuss options and prepare a quotation with a fixed price. You decide only once you have the quotation in hand.
No. We require access to the plot, electricity and water connections for the construction site, and one inspection day before pouring the slab to agree on position and levels with you. We send photos throughout the process.
Rock in the subsoil, old foundations or unmapped utilities may occasionally be encountered. We will halt construction, contact you, propose a solution and provide its cost in writing. Work resumes only after your approval. No additional charges on the final invoice.
